You Booking and Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing my hairstyling services! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please take note of our booking policy.

Booking Process:
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
• Please provide accurate information about the desired service, date, and time when booking.
• To secure your preferred appointment slot, it is recommended to book in advance, especially for peak times.

Please give 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

BOOKING FEE INFORMATION
A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required at the time of booking. This fee is for the administrative and preparatory work carried out before your appointment, including communication, diary management, client record setup and the holding of appointment time and is therefore a non-refundable charge for work already completed.
This fee is not a deposit and but is transferable once provided you give more than 48hrs notice of original appointment.
Payment of the booking fee indicates acceptance of our policies.
This fee reflects time and administrative work already undertaken prior to your appointment.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment without 48hrs notice, the booking fee will not be refunded or transferred. This is because the administrative work and schedule management has already taken place prior to the appointment.
