appointments are a private and relaxing experience with my undivided attention being on you.
All colour clients are required to have a skin test at the very least 48hrs prior to their colour appointment.
There is free parking available on site for the duration of your appointment.

Booking and Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing my hairstyling services! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please take note of our booking and deposit policy:

1. Booking Process:
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, whether online or via phone.
• Please provide accurate information about the desired service, date, and time when booking.
• To secure your preferred appointment slot, it is recommended to book in advance, especially for peak times.
2. Deposit Requirement:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
• The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and is based on the selected service.
3. Deposit Payment:
• Deposits can be paid in person, via credit/debit card, or through an online payment platform, as specified by us.
• Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• The deposit will be forfeited for appointments canceled without proper notice or for no-shows.
5. Appointment Adjustments:
• If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time slot. However, the service may be adjusted accordingly.
• If your desired service requires more time than initially scheduled, additional charges may apply.
6. Service Satisfaction:
• Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you encounter any issues with your hairstyling, please let us know during the appointment for immediate adjustments.
7. Deposit Deduction:
• The deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
8. Refunds:
• Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
9. Exceptions:
• Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the hairstylist.
